enrolling at CCS

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Calvary Christian School, please watch this Enrollment Overview Video or see the section below for more information and the link to the online application.

4-step enrollment process

  • Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $22.00 must be submitted with the application.

Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

  • Once your online application is complete, you will receive an email asking you to schedule a time for your child to complete his or her Placement Test.

Placement Tests can be scheduled at CCS (Monday-Friday). Depending on the age of your child, the testing may take from 30 minutes to a few hours.

  • Once the Placement Tests results are in, the next step is to schedule an interview with the principal. This is an opportunity for Principal Collins to get to know your child and your family.

  • Once your student is admitted to CCS, you will meet with our Financial Team. This team will assist you with any next steps before school starts.

Calvary Christian School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We ask this information for reporting purposes only.
